Muhasebeci İrfan’ın 20 yıldır evli olduğu karısı Serpil ile yaşadığı huzurlu hayatı, muhasebe işlerine baktığı Cazibe adındaki zengin ve dul bir kadının kendisine kafayı takmasıyla gerilimli bir hal alır. İrfan Cazibe’nin Erotomani hastası olduğunu bilmediğinden bu psikopatça aşkına anlam veremez ve iş arkadaşı Tayfun’dan yardım ister. Ancak kadının cesaretli hamleleri Serpil’le tanışmaya ve üst kata taşınmaya kadar varınca bu kadından kurtulmasının şart olduğuna karar verir.
İkinci perde Cazibe’den 4 gündür haber alınamıyordur ve İrfan’a da ulaşılamıyordur. Demans başlangıcındaki yönetici Muzaffer bey iz peşindedir. Kamera kayıtlarındaki kişiyi İrfan’a benzetir, polise haber verir. Hiçbir şeyden haberi olmayan Serpil şok yaşamaktadır. Serpil’in kapısını Muzaffer Bey'den sonra Komiser Rıza Babacan çalar. Serpil art arda sorgulanmakta ve olanlara hiç anlam verememektedir. İmdadına Tayfun yetişir ve İrfan’ın başına gelenleri anlatır. Her şeyi öğrenen Serpil çözüm düşünmeye başlar. İrfan teslim olduğunda tüm gerçekler ortaya çıkar. Tüm deliller İrfan’ın katil olduğunu gösterse de bu Cazibe'nin kurduğu tuzaktan başka bir şey değildir.
