Tokat Saat Kulesi, Tokat ilinin merkez ilçesinde bulunan saat kulesi.
II. Abdülhamid'in tahta çıkışının 25. yılı şerefine Türkiye'nin dört bir yanına saat kuleleri diktirmiştir . O kulelerden biri tokatta bulunmakta ve şehrin en önemli simgesi . Kule 1902 yılında 3 katlı olarak yapılan tokat saat kulesi 1915 yılında 1 kat daha eklenerek 33 metreye yüksekliğe ulaşmıştır.Kule kesme taştan yapılmıştır . Halkın yardımıyla, Mutasarrıf Bekir Paşa ve Belediye Reisi Mütevelli oğlu Enver Bey tarafından yapılmıştır ve Behzat semtinde kentin her yerinden görülebilecek şekilde yapılmıştır. Kule Tek bir mekanizma üzerinde 4 kadranı çalışan ve her yarım saat ve saat başlarında iki dakika ara ile tam çalar durumdadır, sesi kentin her yerinden çok rahat bir şekilde duyulmaktadır. Bu kule zamanın en büyük şahidi olarak biliniyor. . Birçok yerde bulunan saat kuleleri çalışmaz halde ancak tokatta bulunan bu kule 117 yıldır çalışıyor. Son 25 yıldır Ahmet Unan isminde bir hayırsever babadan kalma saatçilik mesleğini saat kulesinin altında sürdüren Ahmet Unan 8 günde bir 133 basamak merdiven çıkıp bacadan aşağıya doğru sarkıtılmış 2 halat ucundaki ağırlıklarla çalışan bu saati kuruyor . saat terzisi hassas bir çubuk üzerinde duruyor, bu çubuk 4 saati birden çalıştırıyor. Ufak bir terazi kaymasında saat bozulabiliyor o sebepten ötürü buraya Ahmet Unan dışında kimse giremiyor. Bu saat sessiz ve durulmuş şehri adeta hareketlendiriyor.
