Cilt kuruluğu hemen hemen bütün kadınların aslında kadınlar demekle sınırlandırmayalım. Erkeklerin 7'den 70'e herkesin sorunu haline gelmiştir. Ne yumuşatıcı kremler nede yağlar bana göre işe yarıyor. İşe yarayan ve en etkili besinler doğal olanlardır diye düşünüyorum. İşte bugün sizlerle birlikte kuru cilt nedir? Kuru cilde ne iyi gelir.
Cilt Kuruluğu Nedir?
Hemen her yaşta ve herkeste cilt kuruluğu problemi görülebilir. Çoğu kez nemlendirici kullanmak kuruluk sorununu çözer ancak bazı durumlarda cilt kuruluğunu önlemek için bir cilt uzmanından yardım almak gerekir. Tıpta cilt kuruluğu 'kserozis' olarak adlandırılır.
Cilt kuruluğuna karşı alınabilecek bazı önlemler
Vücudunuzu sık sık nemlendirin.
Sabun, deterjan ve diğer güçlü kimyasallar cildi kuruttuğundan hassas ciltlere uygun, nemlendirici içeren ürünler kullanın.
Terlemekten kaçının. Sıcak havalarda kalın veya ter tutan giysiler giymemek gibi önlemler alın.
Soğuk havada ellerinizi ve yüzünüzü örtmeye özen gösterin.
Banyodan sonra havluyla vücudun fazla suyunu alıp vücut henüz ıslakken nemlendirici ya da yağ sürmeniz gerekir.
Uzun ve sıcak banyolar yerine kısa ve ılık duşları tercih edin. Çok sık duşa girmeyin.
Günde 2 ila 4 litre arası su için.
