Üç Malzemeli Dondurma Tarifinin Püf Noktası
Kullanacağınız muzları iyice olgunlaşmış muzlardan seçmeye çalışın. Muzları dilimleyerek vaktiniz varsa bir gece, yoksa en az 4 saat buzlukta bekletin. Damak zevkinize göre bal miktarını arttırabilirsiniz. Dilerseniz bal yerine fıstık ezmesi, fındık ezmesi de kullanabilirsiniz. Arzu ederseniz hiçbir şey eklemeden de dondurmanızı hazırlayabilirsiniz.
Üç Malzemeli Dondurma Tarifi Nasıl Yapılır?
Muzların kabuklarını soyun. Kabuğunu soyduğunuz muzları orta büyüklükte dilimleyin. Dilimlediğiniz muzları buzdolabı poşetine aktarın. Dondurucuda bir gece, vaktiniz yoksa en az 4 saat donmaları için bekletin. Donan muzları çıkarın. Oda sıcaklığında birkaç dakika beklemede bırakın. Ardından robotunuza ya da blender'ın içerisine donan muzları aktarın. Muzları yavaş yavaş ezmeye başlayın. Belli aralıklarla kenarda kalan muzları spatula yardımıyla içeriye alın. Muzlar, kremamsı bir kıvam alacaktır. Bu kıvamı aldığında içerisine son olarak balı ilave edin ve iyice karıştırın. Dilerseniz bu şekilde kremamsı bir şekilde kaselere aktarabilir, üzerini cevizlerle süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz. Daha soğuk tüketmek isterseniz hazırladığınız karışımı bir kaba aktarın. Üzerini cevizlerle süsleyin. 15 dakika daha dondurucu da bekletin.
