Hem şerbeti hem muhallebiyi bir araya getiren etimek tatlısı hafif bir o kadar da pratik bir tatlı çeşididir. Karamelli Etimek Tatlısı Tarifi İçin Malzemeler 1 paket etimek 1,5 su bardağı toz şeker 2 su bardağı sıcak su 1 litre süt 2 çorba kaşığı nişasta 4 çorba kaşığı un 3 çorba kaşığı şeker 1 çorba kaşığı tereyağı 1 paket vanilya 2 paket krem şanti Karamelli Etimek Tatlısı Tarifinin Püf Noktası Muhallebinin topaklanmaması için kuru malzemelerinizi önceden eleyerek ilave edin. Topaklanma yaşarsanız 1/2 su bardağı süt ile birlikte blenderdan geçirin.
Karamelli Etimek Tatlısı Tarifi Nasıl Yapılır? 1,5 su bardağı toz şekeri küçük bir tencereye alın ve ara ara karıştırarak erimesini sağlayın. Yanmamasına dikkat edin. Şeker eriyip altın sarısı renge gelince 2 su bardağı sıcak su ekleyin, orta dereceli ateşte kaynatın. Akışkan bir kıvam alınca ocağın altını kapatabilirsiniz. Etimekleri uzun dikdörtgen bir borcama dizin. Boşta kalan yerleri etimekleri kırarak doldurabilirsiniz. Ardından hazırlamış olduğunuz karameli, etimeklerin üzerinde gezdirin. Bir tencereye süt, un, şeker ve nişastayı alıp karıştırın. Ardından ocağın altını açın ve çırparak kaynayıp, koyulaşmasını sağlayın. Göz göz olmaya başlayınca içerisine vanilya ve 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ekleyip, ocaktan alın. Karıştırarak tereyağının erimesini sağlayın.
