Tokat Kebabı Tarifi İçin Malzemeler 500 gram kuzu but eti 3 adet patlıcan 1 adet patates 4 adet yeşil biber 2 adet domates 4 diş sarımsak 0,5 çay bardağı zeytinyağı 1 silme tatlı kaşığı tuz Tokat Kebabı Tarifi Nasıl Yapılır? Etleri irice doğrayın ve hafifçe tuzlayın Patlıcanları alacalı soyun, patlıcanın büyüklüğüne göre enine ikiye ya da üçe kesin ve irice dilimleyin. Patlıcanları doğradıktan sonra tuzlu su içerisine alın ve bu şekilde bir kenarda bekletin. Patatesi soyun ve yarım daire şeklinde ince ince doğrayın. Domatesleri küp küp doğrayın, sarımsakların kabuklarını soyun fakat doğramayın. Yuvarlak bir fırın tepsisine, Patlıcan, et, patates olacak şekilde sırayla yuvarlak şeklinde dizin. En üste de biberleri dizin, üstüne yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı gezdirin, tuz serpin ve önceden ısıtılmış 220 derece fırına verin. Bu şekilde 1 saat pişmeye bırakın.
